Oliver (born in Estonia in 1979) joined BaltCap in 2007 from a London-based strategy consultancy. Oliver’s involved in portfolio companies Piletilevi, the leading regional ticketing services platform, Rahva Raamat and Alma littera (book publishing and retail), and FCR Media, a digital services firm. He has previously worked on several of BaltCap’s healthcare investments, including Qvalitas (occupational healthcare), Unimed (dental care), Quattromed (medical labs), and also auto24 – Estonia’s leading car classifieds site and eKool (e-school), prior to their exits.

Oliver graduated from Stockholm School of Economics with a Master’s degree in Finance, and has an EVCA Certificate in Institutional Private Equity Investing (CIPEI) from Oxford Saïd Business School.
