Klaus is a Senior Advisor to Pemberton, working with the Origination team on Nordic sponsor relationships and transactions Prior to Pemberton, Klaus was Co-Head of Leveraged Finance at Danske Bank, and before that he was a senior originator focusing on Nordic PE transactions at Nomura and Citi. He has also worked as an independent M&A and financing advisor for PE-owned companies and as CIO of a family office. He holds an MBA from London Business School.
