Milena Torciano is a Senior Advisor to Ambienta, she is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience advising, investing, and scaling businesses across Europe, with a track record spanning private equity, credit strategies, and technology leadership. She began her career in Oliver Wyman’s Financial Services practice before joining AnaCap Financial Partners in London, where she invested across the capital structure, and led landmark transactions—including the first PE-backed acquisition of a UK bank during the global financial crisis, later floated by AnaCap in a $1B IPO. After moving to Stockholm in 2016, she joined three founders to build Mitigram, the first digital exchange and trade execution platform for global trade finance, growing it as CEO from pre-revenue to a technology platform serving 300+ multinational clients and facilitating $100B+ in transactional flows. Today, Milena leads Ambienta’s expansion into the Nordics, combining deep investment expertise with scale-up CEO experience to drive Ambienta's growth in one of Europe’s most dynamic markets. Milena graduated in Philosophy and Economics at the London School of Economics (First Class Honours). Milena speaks Italian (native), English, French and Spanish (fluent).
