Stefan Frank is an award-winning angel investor, board chairman and former international technology executive with more than 25 years of experience helping technology companies scale globally.

He is the Founder and CEO of Vitellius Invest AB, a Swedish single family office investing in high-growth companies across software, AI, industrial technology, sustainability and healthtech. Stefan has made more than 20 direct investments and is also a Limited Partner in several venture capital funds. In addition, he is an Investment Partner with Life Science Invest and Linnea Capital, the investment initiative associated with Uppsala Innovation Centre (UIC).

Stefan serves as Chairman of Uppsala Connect, one of Sweden's leading angel investor networks, bringing together around 100 investors who collectively invest approximately SEK 45 million annually in early-stage growth companies. He also serves on the national board of Connect Sverige and has been a member of Nordic Angels since its inception. He is also a member of Angel House, one of the Nordic region's leading communities for private investors.

Before becoming a full-time investor, Stefan held senior international leadership positions at Oracle and SAP, where he worked with some of the world's largest industrial and technology companies, helping them accelerate digital transformation and international growth.

In addition, Stefan serves as Chairman of SER (The Swedish Association of Graduate Engineers in Electrical Engineering and Data Science) and chairs the boards of several technology and growth companies.
