Roald Hunvik is a Partner at Omni Partners, where he leads the firm's Nordic investment strategy from Oslo. He is responsible for sourcing, executing and supporting investments across the Nordic region, working with founder-led technology and tech-enabled services businesses to help scale their operations and accelerate growth.

Roald has nearly two decades of experience advising, investing in and supporting founders and management teams across the Nordics. Before joining Omni, he was at Monterro, a leading Nordic B2B software investor, where he established the firm's Oslo office and Norwegian market presence. Earlier in his career, he spent thirteen years at Alpha Corporate Finance, a leading Norwegian M&A advisory firm, and began his career as a 1st Lieutenant in the Norwegian Armed Forces. He holds an MSc in Investment Management from Bayes Business School in London and a BSc in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School.
