Sigita Zvirblyte is Head of Sustainability at Livonia Partners, a Baltic private equity firm, where she leads sustainability integration across the investment process and portfolio value creation. The sustainability work she leads was recognised in 2025, when Livonia Partners was named ESG Champion of the Year at the Real Deals Private Equity Awards. Before joining Livonia, Sigita held sustainability leadership roles at Vinted and H&M Group. She also leads Level 20’s Baltic network within its Central and Eastern Europe chapter, working to advance women’s representation in private equity.
