Frank Schwahn, Jr. is a Managing Director in the Private Capital Advisory Group at Jefferies, where he co-leads the EMEA practice and heads the Continuation Vehicle practice, focusing on the Nordics, Benelux, and UK across all sectors. Prior to joining Jefferies in 2021, Frank spent several years at HarbourVest Partners on the global secondary investment teams. During his time there, he deployed approximately $5 billion of net equity across a range of secondary structures and supported the team’s global growth from Boston and London. Frank began his career at Merrill Lynch in the middle market Leveraged Finance Group and later joined Wells Fargo Securities’ Defense, Aerospace and Technology Services Group as an Investment Banking analyst. He earned his degree from Wake Forest University.
