Dr. Christoph Jerger is a corporate partner in the Private Equity/M&A practice group in the Munich office of Baker McKenzie. He advises private equity clients and other financial investors on national and cross-border M&A projects and public takeovers. Christoph also advises on structural measures as well as corporate and capital markets law issues. In the 2025/2026 edition of JUVE Handbook German Commercial Law Firms, Christoph is listed as a “Rising Star” for private equity. He is recognized as one of JUVE’s “40 Under 40” in 2025, a list which spotlights the most accomplished lawyers in the German market under age 40.
